Dr. Dolores R. Estrada-Garcia, medical oncologist, returned to Cancer Care Specialists of Illinois in July 2024 and primarily sees patients at the Cancer Care Center of Decatur.

Dr. Estrada-Garcia received her Doctor of Medicine degree from the St. Louis University College of Medicine in Baguio City, Philippines and completed a medical internship at St. Louis University Hospital of the Sacred Heart. She completed an Internal Medicine Residency at St. Luke’s Roosevelt Hospital Center in New York and went on to complete a fellowship in Oncology and Hematology at Montefiore Medical Center and Albert Einstein Cancer Center in Bronx, New York.

Dr. Estrada-Garcia is board certified in Medical Oncology and Hematology. She has special interests in blood disorders, breast cancer and lymphoma. She has also been very active in cancer research.
