Dr. Camille Williams Retires

Dr. Camille Williams, Radiation Oncologist with Cancer Care Specialists of Illinois at the HSHS St. Elizabeth’s Radiation Oncology Center in O’Fallon, has retired effective 1/26/2024.

Our physicians and staff are grateful for Dr. Williams’ service and expertise displayed to each and every one of her patients and wish her the very best in retirement.

Dr. Jacob Witt is dedicated to continually serve the Radiation Oncology needs of our patients in the O’Fallon area. If you have an existing appointment with Dr. Williams after her departure, Dr. Witt looks forward to meeting you and establishing care at that visit.
