Caregiver Connection Schedule

Our Caregiver Connection meetings are returning Wed. July 8th!
– We will have meetings on the second Wednesday of the month for the remainder of 2020.
– New Location (same building): Cancer Care Specialists of IL Conference Room – 210 West McKinley Avenue Suite 1, Decatur, IL
– Expanded time: 10-11:30 am.
