MyChart Mobile App Now Available
for iPhone and Android devices!
What is it?
MyChart is now available through the MyChart app for both the iPhone and Android devices. This app provides free, fast and secure access to the most frequently used features of MyChart. With this app, users can quickly and easily access your medical records, see upcoming appointments, get test results and send messages to your physician’s office.
Why would I use it?
Accessing your MyChart account through the MyChart iPhone or Android App offers you true mobility, flexibility, instant access and convenience. You are not required to be in front of a traditional desktop or laptop computer to access your MyChart account.
How do I get it?
*To use the mobile app, you must first already have a MyChart account. If you do not already have a MyChart account, setting one up is quick and easy. Click here to signup for a MyChart account.

Getting started with iPhone
- Download and install the free MyChart App
- Run the MyChart App from your Apple device (iPhone, iPad or iPod Touch)
- Select Cancer Care Specialists of Illinois from the list of healthcare providers
- Login with your MyChart Username and Password.*
